Description of Goods Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or errors. Payment Methods & Prices Products from this site may be purchased using various debit/credit cards shown using PayPal. All prices are in G.B. pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. For orders shipped to destinations outside the UK orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery. 4. Delivery Arrangements All goods are sold subject to availability. Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and an indication of the delivery timescale. Goods are usually despatched on the next working day. Free UK Delivery for all items valued £50 and over. UK orders despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or another Signed For service) and are usually delivered within 2 working days. Smaller items maybe sent via another Signed For Service. The cost of packing and Royal Mail Special Delivery is usually £8.95 for a normal leather jacket - no charged paid by you for items over £50 - , and other Signed for services cost under £5, for bulky items the cost maybe higher. European orders are despatched by a signed for service and are delivered within 5 working days. The cost is usually £25.00 for a standard item, but depending on the bulkiness of the item we will advise you if it is higher. International (other destinations) : These orders are despatched by a signed for service and are delivered within 10 working days. The cost is usually £30.00 for a standard item, but depending on the bulkiness and the destination of the item we will advise you if it is higher. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you, so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. The delivery costs are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimated, based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days. 5. Guarantee All products supplied are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. Your Right To Cancel You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery and return the goods supplied to us for for a refund of the price of the goods. Providing the goods are returned in their original condition which denotes not worn, soiled, smelling of odours and complete with all labels intact you will receive a refund for the price of the goods within 7 days of giving us your notice to cancel by the same method of payment that was chosen by you in your original purchase. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use Special Delivery ( or another signed for service), as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. 7.
