I have used the Leather Shop in the Castle Mall over the years both to buy quality leather products from and also to get their help on repairs and alterations. Their biggest challenge to date on my behalf came last week. My brother, very generously, bought me a very expensive Harley Davidson leather jacket for my birthday. High quality leather and design. The only problem was it was little loose around the lower third of the jacket. I took it into the Leather Shop and as usual was met by a really positive 'yes we can' attitude as always. Barely a week later (and three days before the anticipated pick up date) the jacket was back and looks like it was made bespoke for me. Furthermore the cost was very reasonable for such a quality job. Thank you guys, just can't wait for the weather to get better so I can get out on the motorcycle wearing the jacket.

Absolutely brilliant experience - bought some New Rock boots online and the follow through from Cara was superb - she's a total star. Online shopping can be so impersonal, but the human touch made it a genuinely special process beyond just getting the boots - which arrived bang on time for a special event and look fantastic. Having already purchased a B3 jacket I brought in my old and faithful B3 jacket which I had out grown to be enlarged. I did not expect an exact colour match due to the age of the garment but it came very close, and the colour change in the fur and leather I feel adds character to the look of the jacket as well as adding years of wear left in the leather. I now have one for best and one for more casual wear, thank you for doing such a great job with brilliant customer service thrown in.

I had alterations done to my black leather blazer i bought from the leather shop as it didn't fit perfectly. It's a very stylish and luxurious leather blazer I bought 1 or 2 years ago but just needed to fit me perfectly. Moss and his staff are very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with the alterations done to my stylish black leather blazer and look forward to returning to the shop to buy new leather garments and further work done to older leather clothing of mine.I highly recommend this leather shop as fantastic range of leather products and great quality leather and customer service always. Fantastic Experience!I needed my leather trench coat altering and found the Leather Jacket company using an internet search. I rang, and "Moss" (Mohsen) answered the phone. What an incredible man! He told me they could do everything I wanted within a few weeks and the price quoted was very reasonable. I have to say that this has been the best retail experience of my life. Whilst browsing though the men's leather coats, I noticed a superb looking brown leather duffle coat (Alejandro), so I called Moss to see if he had one available, and he did, so I ordered it. I asked him to send them both together when the trench coat alteration was ready. On Tuesday, after just over two weeks, they arrived. I was, and still am, absolutely astounded at the amazing work they have done. The trench coat now fits like a glove and they put in a complete new lining. The workmanship is stunning. The new Alejandro duffle coat is superb. Great quality soft leather that also fits perfectly, and it looks fabulous.The whole experience has been exceptional. All communication was first class too. Thank you so very much. I am happy to recommend "The Leather Shop", and have already been telling my friends and family how good it is. I also have to thank "Moss" personally. After losing quite a bit of weight I took my 5 year old Sheepskin Aviator Jacket back to the Norwich Leather Shop to be altered.It had to be completely taken apart, 3 inches taken off the width and 2 inches off the shoulders.I am beyond pleased! The work is superb quality and was done in less than 2 weeks and very reasonably priced.The service I received was excellent.Thank you so much.

My wife promised me a genuine high quality leather jacket as a forthcoming birthday present.Found one just in the style I wanted within minutes but required a larger size. Beyond pleased with the service and quality of the coat provided. The coat I ordered for my girlfriend was a size too small, so we sent it back for the next size up and were kept regularly updated as a brand new coat was made in the next couple of weeks. Will happily order from these guys again

Visited the shop today (7/09/23) at Cheshire Oaks outlet store, where we were remembered straight away by David from our visit a couple of months back. He was on shift with another gentleman called Josh. Can not fault these guys and their customer service enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very informative and helpful with stock. I visited The Leather Shop in Norwich recently to purchase a new leather jacket. The shop has a huge amount of stock, believe me, you will not be disapointed. There was no rush from the friendly staff as I tried on ( and retried ) a variety of jackets in different styles and sizes. I eventually left with not one but two new beautiful leather jackets. Star-lord Jacket. As a Cosplayer I was after something durable and long lasting with the details of the jacket in the movie. I originally wore one I got online, the one got from this store in Norwich is absolutely better, the detail, fit and detailing is the best I have seen. Overall a great jacket, and one I love to wear even out of conventions. The staff were lovely too, a amazing experience with this shop all round. Keep up the good work guys. 😊
