What a great experience, having tried to find a leather bike jacket that fitted me I'd just about given up hope when l found the Leather Shop online. Reading that it did made to measure items l decided to make the journey from Kent to Norwich and tried on various jackets before deciding on one that suited my needs. It was altered to fit me in about ten working days and we arranged to meet at a convenient location to save my having to travel all the way to Norwich again, of course it could have been posted but they wanted to make sure that the alterations were correct and that the jacket fitted perfectly which it did. Now that is what you call service and all at a really good price. I can say the day out to Norwich was a complete success, many many thanks.

Fantastic service. I needed a replacement for my current jacket and was shown many different options to try on. The gentleman also managed to find one extremely close to the one I had. It is nice to know my jacket is handmade and has a high quality finish.
